The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. slotsgo11 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider's standard transaction fees may apply.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. slotsgo11 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend the associated Account pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. slotsgo11 aims to process withdrawal requests within one to three (1–3) hours for GCash and PayMaya, and within one to three (1–3) business days for bank transfers, subject to the processing schedules of the relevant financial institutions.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. slotsgo11 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.
